01. How do I book a photoshoot?​

Our system is simple and automated. Simply click the “Order Now” button under 3D tours on the home page or navigate to our client center. On our client center you will be able to ask questions, create your own account, schedule shoots, access all of your previous photos, download files and make secure payments using a debit, credit card.

02. How long will it take to photograph my listing?

As a general guideline plan on about 1hr for just photos and 2hr-3hr if video and or 3D tour is needed in addition to photos.

03. How much notice do you need to schedule my photoshoot?

Ideally 24 to 48 hours but the more notice you can provide the better.

04. How can I prepare my client’s home for the photoshoot?

Always start with a good cleaning. The neater and cleaner your home the better it will photograph. Also, help your client remove clutter and random items throughout the house.  Lastly turning all interior lights on, interior fans off, and moving any vehicles in the driveway that may block the front view of the house.

05. What areas do you service?

We service Canon City and various surrounding areas.

06. Do I have to meet you at the home to give you access?

No, if the home is on a lockbox, you can simply provide the code. Or if the seller will be home, we can meet them at the home. Also, of course, you’re also always welcomed to meet us at the home and hang out during the photoshoot.

08. Do you accept credit cards or cash payments?

Yes, we can accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

07. What if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?

If the weather forecast is bad (heavy rain, sleet, or snow) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date at no cost. If you choose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand that we may have to come back for exterior shots.

We care about the quality of our work so if the exterior shots are not up to our standards, we will have to come back and there will be an additional charge of $50 to reshoot the exterior.

08. What if I need to cancel my scheduled shoot?

We understand that things come up and we allow cancellations for any reason. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date at no cost.

09. What are your hours? Do you have availability on weekends and Holidays?

Photoshoots are scheduled Mon-Sat from 9am through twilight (note, the exact time of twilight varies throughout the year). We are available to shoot on most Holidays throughout the year with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
